Terms and Conditions
Quotes
• Quotes require a non refundable $10 charge per person, which is credited to your final booking. Should you decide to book with us a 20% deposit is required within 7days to secure your travel, which is credited towards your travel as well. This does not apply to Airfares.
• All quotes are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. New Zealand Government Good and Services Tax (GST), currently 12.5%. Currency equivalent amounts are provided for information purposes only. All prices shown are an indication only and final prices will be confirmed to you in answer to your inquiry. The amount charged to your credit card will be at the Bank exchange rate on the day and Perfect Travel does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown due to exchange rate fluctuations. All services and prices are subject to change without notice, prices are valid for the dates indicated.

Payment
• All bookings must be prepaid 14 days prior to travel dates.
• Payment should be made in New Zealand Dollars. (Please request Banking details)

Cancellation/Changes/Refunds/Deposits
• On acceptance of a quote a deposit of 20% of travel booking is required.
• All confirmed bookings are subject to a minimum cancellation/Change fee of NZD$50.00 if cancelled/Changed more than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• For cancellations within 14 days there is a 100% cancellation fee.
• No refunds for voluntary cancellations or no-shows. Any refunds are subject to a 10% fee.
Responsibility
The suppliers of transportation, tours, sightseeing and accommodations for Perfect Travel are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of Perfect Travel. By utilising their services you agree that neither Perfect Travel nor any affiliated or subsidiary companies or representatives shall be liable for any accidents, loss, injury or damage to you or your customers in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services, or resulting directly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control including breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellation of or charges in itinerary or schedules etc.
